Inquiry (采购产品): Dual head drilling centers for axles. We are looking for a self contained drilling center for drilling two holes into an axle. The axles would be preloaded into a feeder (200 pcs capacity for 1/2" round). The drilling center would index parts from the feeder, through the drilling operation, and then into a holding container. The axles would range from 5/16" to 1/2" dia CRS. The drill bit size would range from 1/8" to 1/4". We need to maintain plus/minus 1/32" hole C-C. On 7/16 shaft with two 3/16" dia holes we would like to process 20 pcs per minute. The CC distance would range from 3" to 60". Preferably the operator would set the CC via a keypad but a manual set would maybe be okay. Our budget on this is under $30k.
