Can you please help? We recently exhausted our supply. They measure 12" X 18." They are sealed on 3 sides with a opening at the top 18" long. At the top, the front measures 11.25" while the back measures 12" making a 3/4" tab at the top. The type on the box says P/N-JV9L00-010. Quantity 200 per box. Are they still available from you?
