Inquiry (采购产品): Condensate pan coating Good morning. I am the Engineering Manager of a High Rise Commercial Office Building in Atlanta Georgia and I am looking for an easily applied, Air Handling Unit condensate pan, protective layer. These are older units, which I am trying to rehabilitate and there are a total of 51 units. The following properties are desirable: 1. Application is either, brushed, rolled or poured. (spraying would prove to be difficult) 2. Can be applied over a rust conversion product, such as "Metal Medic, polymeric rust converter" made by the NCH Corporation. 3. Must be flexible enough to be walked on and allow for the deflection of the metal surface it is applied upon. 4. 24 to 36 hour maximum curing time. 5. Low to no VOC's. (no VOC's would be preferable) 6. Cure to a smooth finish for easy cleaning and wipe down. 7. Water, lite chemical and abrasion resistance. (Cleaning solution chemicals) 8. Prefer either a black color or a clear coat. 9. Typical area for coverage would be 80 to 100 sqft per air handling unit.
