Inquiry (采购产品): foam for medical application Hello, my name is john claspill. I have a project I am working on, where a "sponge-type" of material is needed. I am hoping that you can answer some questions for me that might direct me to the correct type of foam that I will need. I need the "sponge" to be able to hold antiseptic chemicals such as: hydrogen peroxide, methyl or ethanol (alcohol), and iodine for up to a week without significant breakdown of the foam. "Wicking" properties of the foam would be important. Also, it would be very useful if the foam had the ability to expand to at least twice it's size when the antiseptic solution is applied. The ideal would be if the foam could be formed into the shape of a cylinder about the size of a pencil eraser, only longer, and then flattened or compressed into a disc approximately 1/4 of an inch-- while dry--to fit into a container until the antiseptic is applied--at which point the foam should expand to it's origional dimensions. At this point, I need to know if this is feasable, and if your company is capable of producing an item like this.
