Inquiry (采购产品): Coating Aluminum Cups? Donwell, Hello. We make a small camping stove called the Jetboil (www.jetboil.com). One of the key components is a large cup which is currently anodized aluminum. The cup is about 5.7 inches deep and about 3 and 9/16 in diameter. We are considering adding a Teflon coating to the interior of the cup for a new product. Volume would be about 3,000 at a time, 6 or 7 times a year. Can you tell me three things? 1. Is it technically feasible to coat a cup of this depth and diameter? 2. If so, about how much would it cost at the planned volumes above? 3. What would be a good lead time to plan on for 3000 coated cups?
