Inquiry (采购产品): Mold Electronic module We have a 2X3X1" module that has 5 vertical connectors,and 6 light pipes on top and three plugs on the bottom. Our current molder cannot make cosmetically good and functional parts. Cure under pressure that causes, light pipe to LED seal to leak, So far we have a 50% failure rate. I can put a set of cad drawings on our web site and a set of pictures if you are intersted. The production quantities are 250 per year and could grow to 500 or more. We are looking at redesigning Electronics to make it easier to mold.
