Suggestion Inquiry (采购产品): Suggestion Gentlemen, For a long time we have developed and produced proprietary unique vinyl ester resins (ROLIVSAN & ZAITFORM RESINS) of a new type capable of the chemical transformations (crosslinking and the ring formation) to thermally stable polymers during the cure. For more details see please our web sites: http://www.private.peterlink.ru/zaitsev/index.html , http://www.private.peterlink.ru/schwab/index.html They are non-toxic liquid or low melting solvent free resins (with controllable and intended viscosity ranging from 80-100 to 3000-5000 cps at RT) that are easy-to-process to different high temperature (Tg 270° to 330°C) flame retardant and non-porous advanced polymer materials (sealant, impregnating compounds, adhesives, coatings, binders, glass and carbon fiber composites) exhibiting exceptional chemical resistance (to hot strong alkali, hot strong acids (including HF solution), hydrazine, etc., and to galvanic corrosion), low density (~1.15 g/cc), excellent dielectric characteristics (E~ 36 kV/mm, ε = 2,9-3,3, Rv = exp14 Ohm.m, tg δ = 0.001). Rolivsan & Zaitform resins are produced to electrical engineering and electronics for application both neat resins and compositions with epoxy, vinyl ester and polyester resins. The interested Parties are invited to negotiation, licensing, and/or collaboration including a support of our new project aimed at revolutionary improving of their cost-effectiveness (next generation of the resins). As to the scientific collaboration, rolivsan-epoxy compositions are capable to provide a fascinating instrument (thermally stable and reactive medium with controllable viscosity at 100-150?C in the range from ~1 to 103-104 cps, and higher up to solid state of matrix) for studying and creating of the high-strength heat stable thermosets and composites distinguished also for high fracture toughness, for example. The main objective could be the formation of the suspended solid microparticles (domains, crystallites) of the different size (from nano to micron range) in such a medium (matrix) by means of carrying out polyaddition reactions and/or crystallization processes.
