Inquiry (采购产品): Request for Quote Dear Sir, I am trying to source a company to support us in the supply of Investment Castings to be used in Industrial Gas Turbine repair processes. Parts are a wishbone type coupon for stationary vane repair of MS6001 and MS9001 GE Family Nozzles. We have complete drawings to be used in manufacture. The parts are @ 5" wide x 3' long in a V shape. Original material is FSX 414. A Substitute Material can be used "equlvelent" or close to L-605 (which is the accepted weld material used). Its a cobalt base casting. The finished parts will have many cooling holed stem drilled or processed by EDM. Parts can be supplied by you without the holes or with the holes if you can process them. Order quantity is 100-150 pcs for 1st order. Can you please give me an indication if you can supply and what the approximate price would be. we have a current need for these parts.
