Our products (JY Tooling) have the following futures: 1. High speed; our single strand high-speed tooling, whose hauling speed of main profiles can reach to more than 4m/min, output surpass 300kg/h. Our double strand high-speed tooling, its hauling speed of main profiles can surpass 8m/min, output surpass 500kg/h. 2. High accuracy; for instance, our latest under tune tooling, by our self-developed CAD inspecting system, after 3 times of tuning, the tolerance of flat open frame’s height dimension has been controlled within 0.05mm. 3. Long service life; with improvement of design, we greatly improve tooling’s working condition, thus achieve longer service life of tooling.
