Inquiry (采购产品): Lift Table Control Board Issues Hello - I am Matt Peterson from 3M Ames, IA, we use your lift tables throughout our manufacturing facility and have recently been stumped by an issue we have been experiencing. Could you please help me to resolve the issue? A few months back we had a lift table that quit traveling upwards. After switching control boards out (ITEM #: CB9140PP2-0011J) with another lift table, I determined the controller was bad since the table now moved in both directions with a different control board on it. We then ordered a new part (same item number as above) and installed it. It did the same thing as before (only travled in the down direction). We took it as a loss and thought we got a bad product in and ordered another new part (same item number as stated above) and it does the same thing (only travles in the down direction). I can still hook up a "use" controller from another table to get this table to work in both directions however. It seems as if the controller is still bad and we have recieved two of them now. Please help me to understand the installation process of them, but I thought it was as easy as plug and play. You can contact me via e-mail at the adress provided below.
