Inquiry (采购产品): My stock order 1-GRR7762 Good morning, my company placed an order on 7/25/06 and still haven't received it yet. I have called your customer service department numerous times over the past 3 weeks. Nobody can give me an answer as to when my order will ship, or what the hold up is. I am trying to be patient, however I don't understand how it takes 2 months to receive an order. This isn't the first time we have had problems getting our products. If someone will please contact me on what is going on I would greatly appreciate it. Also if you can tell me what your average lead time is on orders.
