Inquiry (采购产品): Sunbeam Orange Greetings, We at the TX. Water Development Bd. are wanting to install acoustical depth sounding equipment in a thru-hull transducer well. We are looking for some material that will cover the well opening in the bottom of the hull of the boat. It needs to be strong enough to scrape over stumps and have a speed of sound (SoS) very close to water (1,500 m/s). A company call RD Instruments (RDI manufactures Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler instruments) recommended we use a composite epoxy material called "Sunbeam Orange". I'm not sure if that is a trade mark name or the name of the polyurethane. Would someone at PSI Urethanes, Inc be able to help us out?
