Quotation for four drawings... Inquiry (采购产品): Quotation for four drawings... Hello-- I am working for a manufacturer of woodstoves. He has a need for high heat resistant castings. He is presently using gray cast iron, and parts that are in the stove fail after 2-5 years of use. He needs a material that will withstand in excess of 1300 to 1500 degrees F, and on a continuous basis while the stove is operational (some users burn their stove very hot). He needs the material to be cost effective. He estimates his annual usage for all castings to be approximately 80,000 pounds per year. So far I have identified a few materials of particular interest: Ni resist nodular cast iron D-3 and 5-S possible stainless steels CA-6NM, CA-15, CB-30, CF-3M, HC, HF, HH, HK, HN, HP, HT, HU, HW, HX...... Can you make a recommendation and give us an cost and availability for two or more of the above materials? We need a quote for purchases in the quantity of 500 as well as for prototypes.
