Now, we know your company is a very famous manufacturer or distributor in mechanical products and some spare parts that dropped into power transmission systems, including in hydraulic devices, vehicle mechanical components, various machinery parts, some nonstandard parts. We are a supplier of some machinery products in China. We can organize many special manufacturers to produce various machinery parts from orders of our foreign customers. We have many special process equipment, strong producing capability and long time export experience of some machinery products. Our biggest characteristic is: we have comprehensive manufacture capability and, we can produce and supply many machinery products as the technical demands and drawings as well as samples of the customers. The more quantity the customer can place orders, the more welcome to us. We can produce following machinery components that according to drawings and samples as well as technology standards of customers. 1. Square tube (weld tube) with 2 bores, it is located in trailer hitch or hitch receiver. There is a hoop on one end of the square tube. This hoop is gotten by heat forging. Round tube (in hitch) we can produce, too. We can produce such tube (like 2 inch ID square tube) with a square hoop at least 2 million pieces annually. 2. Precise cold rolled tubes, such as size of 73 inch/pc X 1.262 inch OD X wall 0.095 inch, material: 1010, 1020, 1045, 4118, 4130, 4137. We can straighten the tube, to arrive 0.005 inch/foot straightness, bright annealing. Such tube is used in automotive industry. It can be bent and welded, to be plated chromium. We can supply coll rolled tubes more than 8 containers per month. (Note: One container weight is 18-20 tons.) 3. Precise cold drawn tubes, cases are similar to above item "2". Also, welded tubes. 4. Tubular parts (sleeve/bushing, steel tube spacer) to be used in cars and various vehicles. 5. Tubes made up of stainless and aluminum and copper 6. Some assembly parts in containers. 7. Other aluminum products, such as radiators, tubes, assembly lines, doorframes, vehicle windows, lampboxes, angle aluminum series. 10. Some locks, such as single deadbolt locks, double deadbolt locks. 11. Some curved surface parts that to be machined by 5 axles machine. 12. Various shafts, such as impellers in snow blower/plow, automobile shafts, and other shafts in common transmission systems. 13. Various gears, gear shafts, splines, gear boxes. 14. Sintered parts, like powdered gears, some automobile sintered parts (like ABS ring gears, timing gears, rotors of oil pumps, etc.) 15. ABS ring. Material: steel (like C1020). Axial teeth. Or, the teeth is not on outer diameter and inner diameter of the ring. Each tooth is all located the one axial end (side face). Meanwhile, the teeth depth is very small, about 2.5 mm and the total thickness of the ring is very thin, not more than 5 mm. Also, the outer diameter and the inner diameter all have big sizes. For example, we can do the ABS ring with such sizes: outer diameter 254.914 mm, inner diameter 216.662 mm, 100 teeth (slots), tooth width is 4.292 mm, the teeth located on one side face, the depth of teeth is 0.09 inch (= 2.286 mm), the thickness of the ring is 4.826 mm. There are 10 sink bores on the ring side. Surface: to plate yellow zinc to preveny corrosion. We can produce such size ABS ring with 1,500 pieces (even 2,000 pieces) every day. 16. Synchronizers in vehicle transmissions Each automotive synchronizer is composed of two gears (hub & sleeve). Material of one (hub: outer gear) is sintered. Another (sleeve: inner gear) is made up of steel. Sometime, the two gears (hub and sleeve) are all made up of steel. Now, we produce first-second speed synchronizer, third-fourth speed synchronizer, synchronizer blocking ring, as well as some transmission components, such as gear sleeve, gear, main shaft (contains splines), bushing, spring, and so on. 17. Rubber V-belts, the belts for washing machines and other machines. 18.
