Inquiry (采购产品): Anti-fog coating on polycarbonate: enquiry We are looking for a someone to helps us with anti-fog coating of polycarbonate parts. Our company manufactures traffic signals. On some of the signals, condensation (fogging) has been forming on the inside of the front signal covers. To prevent fogging, we are thinking of having a hydrophilic coat applied to the inside of the cover. We're not yet sure which specific coating product would work best. Details of the application: - base material of cover = polycarbonate, optically-clear, injection-moulded. - overall sizes = ?8" or ?12", thickness = 0.125" - only inner cover surface needs coating, (surface is concave) - air temperature inside signal may vary within . - coating must be transparent (optically clear) - coating must be UV-resistant, as signals spend all their time outdoors - service life of coating should be min. 5 years, similar to signal itself - scratch-resistance is not a must, as signals are sealed at assembly Do you have any coating product that may solve our problem ?
