Spectrophotometer Spec: complete system able to measure the concentration and quality of nucleic acids, protein and cell density.Must not use cuvettes or capillaries but measure the sample by the use of surface tension. Minimum wavelength range of 250 - 700nm or better. Must be able to detect nucleic acidsdown to 2ng per mocrolitre and measure nucleic acid up to 3700 ng per microlitre 3. Carbon dioxide incubator Spec: interior vol. at least 200l, temp. variation < 0.5 deg.C at the set temp. of 37 deg.C. A fan free and condensation free inner chamber with a fan assisted air jacket on the outside. Built in hot air sterilisation at 180 ded.C. ExternalLCD display to show set values and actual values of the variables such as temp. and CO2 concentration. 4. densitometer Spec: Complete imaging system to document, archive and analyse samples, gels, blots and plates and is able to detect labels in transmissive and reflective modes. Come with * watt daylight flourescent white bulb with 3 linear CCds and 3 colour (RGB) filter layers in conjunction with flourescent lamps. Suspension array system Able to perform suspension array multiplex assay solution to proteins and nucleic acid capable of analyzing up to 100 biomolecules in a single sample. Based on microsphere which are internally labeled with various flourescent dyes and with various surface chemistries for linking various molecules and ligands.
