Inquiry (采购产品): Westinghouse Sturtevant Fan Access Doors Gentlemen, We currently have in service two Westinghouse Sturtevant Fans induced draft on our two boilers. The present access doors on each side of the fan rotor are only 12 inches square and our safety engineers are saying we must increase the opening to at least 18 inches square and possibly 20 inches square if such doors can be purchased and installed into the existing fan housing. The safety engineers will not allow personnel to gain access into the housing to inspect the outlet duct and rotor to shaft set screws. We currently have one fan with a loose rotor on the shaft. The bad part about this equipment is that it is covered with asbestos insulation that is encapsulated. The fans are Size 1005, Design 2, TUID Fan, DWDL Class 5, ser 9A-1306 C.W., Style 24 A 7063 GR-1, Design 2 Arr.-3. These fans are old built in the early 1950's. Attached are photos of the fan and existing access doors on each side of the center hung rotor. If you are able send me a quotation for four new access doors that we could replace the present doors with. I would prefer a more modern design door with hinges that would allow full access to the door opening.
