Temperature at inlet of dust collector is 60 to 70 degree celsius. We require 72 no. filterbags to filter 8000 cubic meter of flue gas. As this gas is scrubed with NaOH Solution to remove chlorine, Gas has large quantity of moisture. 150 litre per hour. The particles after scrubber are of less then 1 micron size. dust load is very small -500 mg per cubic meter. Out let condition requirement is 30 mg per cubic meter.
