Pressure formed Plastic/Fiberglass sheets Inquiry (采购产品): Pressure formed Plastic/Fiberglass sheets Hello Gentlemen, My name is Rory. I own a small start-up R &D business in Colorado. We need your help finding the right material(s) for this application: Motorcycle body panel accessories, using Pressure forming technology (pressed against the panels by using my hands). In other words, I want the: Ability to "un-wrap" a sheet of 1/8" material, wrap it around some body panels on the motorcycle, and after it "dries", cut, drill and paint the product for sale. Is anything like this available out there? I'd like to know and buy some from you. I hope this makes sense. I've tried using clay and making molds, but I've messed that one up. I need some kind of sheet of dark plastic. Whereby I unwrap it and find it's maleable. Then, shortly after I've pressed it against the cowling panels of my motorcycle, it dries and hardens. Then, of course, I can drill and cut on it to make it a "perfect" motorcycle accessory. Now, I think that says it better. Please let me know what you think, okay? Thanks for helping gentlemen!!!!
