Inquiry (采购产品): coil end welders hi my name is eric kaiser, i work as maintenance for a stainless steel processing plant.we have a line that uses a coil end welder.but it was from a company called coil joining inc. which seems to have closed up.our welder and shear works great, but the unit which holds the metal,and also houses the welding tip is in need of replacement.when new you could set two sets for the starting point and stopping point.it doesn't work,the operator must also shake the coller unit(which holds the welding rod)to get the welder to spark and start welding.then manually roll the rod back to starting position.all this happen on the same unit.this ciol joiner is on tracks two roll between two side by side production lines.for gauges of .009-.130 and .250 wide to 4" wide.thanks for any help. eric kaiser fergusion metals inc. hamilton, ohio.
