Inquiry (采购产品): plastic gears I need to reduce a 1500rpm electric motor to @ 2 rpm.I am looking for a worm/worm gear combo made of nylon with a fairly high reduction ratio, 16:1 or better. The worm should be @ 1" in diameter, double thread (I think), with a 1/2" bore.The worm gear needs to have a 1/2" face, 1/2" bore, and at least 1/2" thick hub on both sides (to drill for roll-pin, pre-drilled is even better). I also need several nylon spur gears, about 4 that are around 4" in diameter and 4 that are around 1" in diameter. They need to have the same type of two sided hub as the worm gear as well as a 1/2" face also. It all depends on what you have available. I have catalogs from SDP/SI a large gear supplier but they have nothing larger than just under 3" diam. and 3/8" face, just too small. Please help, I've been looking for a while.
