island placement shaped pads Inquiry (采购产品): island placement shaped pads Dear Sir/Madam I am looking for the following product, I have explained what this product is but I am sure you would know in an instant the product I am requesting. I cannot send an attachment image but these products are usually called Nipple covers, pasty covers, Daisies, etc.. you can see what these are under a quick google search: Discription: A shaped very light fabric or breathable 'sticky' patch probably 3M, with a lint inner circle to cover the nipple area the dims for this I would guess would be outer about 55mm and the inner lint fabric approx 35mm to 40mm (approx) The patches can be shaped into a petal or heart shape, I would be looking at petal shape, I would be surprised if you weren't manufacturing these already.... The outer 'sticky' would need to be a very pliable material to allow it to mould to the shape of the breast so that no creases were visable, and produced in a skin colour, I would guess we would possibly need to cater for dark skin but this option could come later. In the first instance I would like some samples of the fabric to present to my customers. We are currently supplying major high street stores in the UK and Europe with our own version of Fashion tape, we are currently purchasing 500,000 strips of converted 3M 1522 per mth with sales increasing weekly. This product has been requested by one of the largest high street chain stores in the UK ... I do hope you can help and I would appreciate a fast response please. If indeed you can help I would like some material samples and prices if possible we would base an initial order of 200,000 units.
