This would be a strob lit device with the flashing as well as continued light function. This would also have solar capabilities. My thoughts are: if our dogs were to get loose before dark the solar function after it becomes dark could make them very visible by vehicles or owners looking for their pet. I would also be interested in your manufacture of lighted leashes. I have found that there are times I have not seen someone walking their pet after dark. This would make the pet very visible to all as well of course; as the person who is walking the pet. (They don't always wear the proper reflected clothing after dark for safety.)
