Inquiry (采购产品): Metric Screws We are searching for a source of M3 screws for use in our afirs product (see web page if you like). Since we are installing these screws into our aviation certified product we would need to have material certs for these screws. The screws that we are looking for would be Flat Head, Philips drive, 90 degree countersink, M3x.5 x 10mm long and M3x.5 x 16mm long. It is best if they are made from stainless steel, but cadmium plated steel will work as well. What is important is the major diameter of the screws, which needs to be very close to the 3mm size, which means we need screws that are manufactured to the h10 tolerance (-.02mm) We are currently purchasing some of these size screws (standard commercial supply) but we are finding that the major diameter of the threads is only 2.83mm and this is causing some stripped threads because the screws are too small in diameter. I understand now that the reason we are having this issue is that the commercial grade is likely h13 tolerance, whereas we likely need h10 tolerance on these fasteners. Hopefully you can help us out with these fasteners. If so, we would be interested in a quote from you for these two sizes of screws.
