Bourdon tUBES Inquiry (采购产品): Bourdon tUBES LZT is in the final stages of designing a transducer for low cost high volume applications that utilizes standard Bourdon tubes from 40mm or 1.5 inch bourdon tube gauges. We are in need of a supplier that already is familiar with the production of Bourdon tubes and preferably already makes the sizes and ranges we need. We have specified the tubes with ranges equivalent to the gauge range but in actual use the usable range will be only 60 to 70% of the gauge range. For example a 7 Bar/ 100PSI range tube normally used in a bourdon tube pressure gauge will be used in a 4 bar/60 PSI range in the LZT transducer. At this time we are looking for quotes and a small quantity of samples in order to select a qualified supplier. We are asking for quotes on Bronze/Brass at this time but will need Stainless steel tubes in the near future. Specifications: Size: C-tubes 1.27 inches max outside diameter, 270 degree length High pressure tubes should be designed as to fit in a 40mm gauge (exact fit will be done utilizing samples) Ranges: PSI (BAR) -Vacuum, 15 (1 Bar), 30 ( 2 Bar), 60 (4 bar), 100 (7 Bar), 200 (14 Bar), 300 (20 Bar), 500 (35 Bar), 750 (50 Bar), 1000 (70 Bar), 3000 (200 Bar), 6000 PSI (400 Bar) (Note: these are standard bourdon tube ranges, we will be using them for different ranges than noted here) Wetted Materials: Bronze/brass Quantities: The first year quantity will be between 12,000 and 20,000 pieces of various ranges. Second year will be between 50,000 and 100,000 pieces. Third year will be approximately 500,000 pieces. A data sheet of the product is attached for clarification. SAMLPES ARE NEEDED IMMEDIATELY.
