The cost of third party inspection should be included in the quoted price 10 The manufacturer to provide mill test certificate along with the shipping documents 11 The manufacturer to provide the API 5CT certificates for the last seven years for the tubing manufacturer and the threader (in case they are different) to prove their seven years experience 12 The threader should have a copy of the valid License from any of the companies mentioned above. Copy of the license to be provided with the bid 13 The threader should have a minimum 7 years experience in cutting of the quoted threads. The manufacturer to provide the supply record of the last 7 years to prove the experience.
