Inquiry (采购产品): 10 tonne winches. I am looking for a wire rope winch to replace our outdated multiple chain hoist systems for the lifting of suspended loads. The hoists are used for lifting our roof sections into position. Lift capacity required is 10,000kgs SWL per winch with 4 number winches used to lift a single roof. The winch needs to be single fall with a minimum of 25m HOL. Speed can be single speed between 2m and 4m per minute with a creep speed or inching speed capability. The winches will be used in pairs, or as groups of 4 or 6. The winches will be mounted in custom made steel frames allowing them to be positioned by fork lift or crane in each location. Winches need to be water proof to IP65 or better, rugged and durable, easily serviced in the field. The current requirement is an estimated cost for 12 units UK delivery. Detailed control specification to follow vector or closed loop control solutions considered. Uk power compatible motors required.
