With our vast experience and vigorous efforts, we have developed food grade PVC film for high-speed automatic twist wrap applications in confectionery industries since 1990 and now we are the largest food grade PVC film manufacturer in Asia. NON-TOXIC FOOD GRADE TWIST-WRAP PVC FILM At present we manufacture about 350MT of food grade twist wrap PVC film and 250MT of print lamination grade film, aggregating to 600MT of PVC film per month. We are further increasing our capacity and will be very comfortable in meeting bulk demands any time. Regarding our food grade non-toxic PVC film, following are some of the characteristics due to which they have found ready acceptance in confectionery packaging. * Suitable for high-speed twist wrap machines (as high as 2,000 pieces per minute) for hard-boiled candies, eclairs, toffees etc. * Antistatic and no special treatment needed before printing. * Excellent retention of twist * High strength, hence absolutely no shoulder tearing * Cost effective replacement to cellophane and other films with aesthetic packaging appearance * No hot air or any other heating arrangements required at the time of twisting, it is a cold twist film, saving cost of heating and cooling * Supplied in transparent, opaque, coloured, metallised silver, metallised gold lacquered and printed form with very high quality standards * Certified as non-toxic by central food and technological research institute, Mysore, India PVC FILMS FOR THE CONFECTIONERY INDUSTRY Presently we are supplying these films to leading multinational / corporate confectioners. We are also exporting our PVC twist wrap film in printed / unprinted, clear / opaque, metallised / lacquered form to many European, Russian, African, Middle East, UAE and Asian countries and have received awards for outstanding export performance for years 1998-99, 1999-2000, 2000-2001 and 2001-2002. CAST POLYPROPYLENE (CPP) FILM, SOFT BLISTER FILM AND PE STRETCH FILM Apart from our main PVC film business, we also have a state-of-the-art imported line from Europe to manufacture 4,000t of CPP film per annum; from 20 micron to 250 micron and our deckle size is 1,200mm to 1,600mm. Presently, we are manufacturing transparent, opaque and metallised / metallisable grade CPP films for laminating and pouching applications, soft blister film for disposable syringes and 23 micron PE stretch film for bulk packing. Our R&D has analytical and physical testing equipments to develop and maintain the desired quality for our valued customers.
