Further we specialize in Excise , Customs and other statutory matters pertaining to the office of the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons, New Delhi which are very essential and critical for the proper structuring of the pricing which ultimately helps in reducing the landed cost of various items that go in to the building of the project and which ultimately helps in the offer being adjudged the lowest offer. Our scope of work includes advising prospective clients on upcoming tenders, preparation of tender documents, structuring of price bid with all the statutory benefits, following up with ONGC to obtain technical comments , advising on filing of replies. Etc., In the event the contract is signed to assist in preparation of complete documentation , overseeing the delivery of goods to ONGC stores at Nhava and thereafter to the offshore site of installation. Further our scope involves co-ordinating with the platform incharge and the offshore platform personnel to ensure smooth completion of the project. The important role or rather contribution shall be on advising the pricing which will be a winning price since the same shall be suggested after studying other competitive bidders and after taking in to consideration the benefits available to ONGC. Manufacturer’s experience:- In case the bidder is a manufacturer of the offered items ,the should satisfy the following alongwith documentary evidence which should be with the techno-commercial bid. a) Minimum 5 years of experience of manufacturing tender items . For this the period reckoned will be the period prior to the date of opening of the techno-commercial bid. (b) Should have manufactured and supplied 24 numbers of High pressure water jetting hoses and 16 nos of low pressure water jetting hoses to Oil and Gas companies during last 5 years. For this the period reckoned will be the period prior to the date of opening of the techno-commercial bid. In case the bidder is not a manufacturer, then the bidder is required to obtain documentary evidence in respect of the above 1. (a) and 1.(b) from the concerned manufacturer and submit the same alongwith the techno-commercial bid. 2. Past performance: Past performance of contracts on tendered items, if placed, for the last two years needs to be judged on the basis of their record w.r.t execution of the past orders within the stipulated contractual delivery schedule and also if the material supplied has met the technical parameters specified in the order.
