We would like to receive a competitive price for supply of Geotextile for the following : The total requirement of Geotextile with wastage is -12,750m2 Minimum width shall be 5m The material shall conform to specification stated in the annexure. 1) The geotextile shall be needle punched polypropylene or polyester filter sheets with the following properties. Thickness: Minimum thickness of material under a load of 2kn/m2 should not be less than .5 mm. Unit Weight Minimum unit weight should not be less than 500g/m2 Tensile Strength: Minimum longitudinal tensile strength : 15kn/m Minimum transverse tensile strength : 25kn/m Elongation: Minimum elongation without breakage (Longitudinal & transverse)should be 50% Dimension Minimum width of the roll should not be less than 5m minimum width of the roll should not be greater than 6 m Minimum length of the roll should not be less than 50m Durability The material shall be resistant to naturally occurring soil alkalis ,acids and bacteria.Further the material shall be resistant to the effect of sunlight if exposed for less than 12 weeks.
