Inquiry (采购产品): iMPROVEMENT TO DRILL BITS To whom it may concern, I have been using flexidrills and similar type drills for the past 27 years installing alarm systems. The past few years, I have noticed that in your "improvements" to your product, you have made it extremely difficult for the alarm technician to use your drills to snake wires to a window. You have modified this drill by reducing the size of the hole at the tip which makes it extremly difficult to thread a 22/2 stranded wire through it so it can be brought up into the window frame. The size of the hole should be doubled and also lowered a little more towards the tip. The past drills that I have been using had the bigger hole for the wire and was a lot closer to the tip and we were able to thread the wires through without difficuly. I don't know if you have received any other complaints about this problem but I do know that my tehnicians and I do not like these bits the way they are at present. Hopefully, you will send one of your engineers out in the field and try to actually thread a 22/2 stranded wire through the hole supplied while standing on a ladder, bending aroung heating ducts and using a flashlight to try and find the hole.
