We learned of your company on the internet and are seeking a source of supply for the following item. We have developed a large volume consumer product appliance that will require a 0-30 second PC timer control board as defined on the following website: http://www.interq.or.jp/japan/se-inoue/e_ckt4.htm with exceptions as noted. Note: 1. Our voltage is 6 VDC not 12 VDC, this has no influence on operation on the 555 timer but relay must be rated at 6 VDC. Note: 2 We require a momentary contact PB. to protrude above PC components for face mounting. Note: 3. Variable resistor must have long shaft for knob mount and to permit face mounting. Note: 4. We do not need the standoff studs as shown. No external transformer is required, we are providing battery source. Operation will be as follows: Momentary contact push button starts timer circuit energizing relay, timer times out after time determined by setting of variable resistor (0-30 seconds) and resets. If you have a better design to achieve the same result we would be open to your suggestions.
