Inquiry (采购产品): bringing a clavichord to Europe Hi -- I need to take a copy of a c. 1600 clavichord to Europe for concerts in October. Handmade, lightweight but delicate, value maybe $13,000. Dimensions are 46" by 13 1/2" by 6" I'm wondering how much it woudl cost to have an aluminum case that would work (leaving a little slop for foam or bubble wrap) made custom? I have a plywood case made by the builder for a different, differently-dimensioned clavichord which I have gone back and forth to Europe with twice, but it's awfully heavy. Aluminum would be better, I think. Handles and wheels would be nice, too, if possible.
