Inquiry (采购产品): poly roof panels If I can get your email address and write directly to you I have a few .jpg's of a "plastic" type roof made from individual panels approx 36" wide x 97" long with a large dome radius of around 292" This is a two piece roof panel which would have an outer panel, a foam insulation of approx 2" thickness and an inner panel. There can bo NO touching of the inner panel and outer panel which would create a thermal 'shunt'. These are assembled into a series of approx 6 panels, interlocked together with a "rib strip" that snaps into a premade groove which keeps the two panels together, using the tab and groove for alignment and strength as well as sealing. The material these are constructed of would be something that has a high UV resistance since they will be in direct sunlight every day. This is a very simplist design so far pending into from experts like yourself. I would think that approximately 200-300 of our cooling systems are mfg per year and on each unit there would be 6 complete panels or a yearly requirement of approx 1800 inner and outer panels and clip strips total. I don't know if that limited quanity would be of interest to your company or not but I would appreciate any input you can provide that would further our progress. I would also think that the foam insulation would be bonded using a spray adhesive and be made from EPS foam or equiv. approximately 2" thick and this would no doubt be applied by another vendor as they we assembled into complete roof panel units.
