We manufacture our product from USP Type-1 Borosilicate Glass Tube (both 32 and 48 expansion). Our Syringes are approved by UNICEF for their immunization program conducted in third world countries. We are their main supplier of Glass Syringes. We manufacture products as per ISO specifications and we also have 510(k) approval from US FDA for Class II medical devices for selling in USA. We are manufacturing the product in various categories such as – Glass Luer Tip Plastic Luer Lock/Metal Luer Lock/Luer Slip Syringes are all printed with permanent markings. We can print any logo required by you-- for an OEM supply to you. We can even work this option out on a stock and sales basis. We use Polycarbonate Plastic Luer Lock out of medical grade polymers manufactured by G.E. Plastic. These Locks are sterilizable. In case you require any special size with your design within the over all standards, the same also can be supplied specifically to suit your application. These Syringes are tested for air/water leakage at the same time they are smooth in movement between Glass Barrel and Plunger.
