Inquiry (采购产品): clock replacement I am a university professor. About 5 years ago some graduating students gave me a farewell gift. It was a desk set with a small round Danbury clock inserted into it. It is run by an ordinary little Duracell battery. It stopped working. The sesond hand ticks back and forth in the same spot and the time does not advance. If I tap the side of the clock it will begin to run properly for awhile and after some time (minutes rto hours)it will again start ticking back and forth in the same spot. A local jeweler said it isn't worth repairing. He thinks it may be a coil. I would love to replace it. But I can't find a source. Could you help? **** Hidden Message ***** edward beckenstein, phd 5 flora drive holmdel nj 07733 300 howard avenue staten island, NY 10301 USA Company: saint johns university Title: professor math and computer science Phone: 718 447 4343 Fax: 732 946 0435 E-mail: drbeckense@aol.com **** Hidden Message ***** drbeckense@aol.com
