Inquiry (采购产品): Compound mitering of flat glass panels Hello, we manufacture high end mirrored cabinets. We are investigating making a decorative mirror/cabinet door that would have a glass frame or border attached to the mirror. The frame would consist of four pieces of glass, 4" wide, lengths ranging from 16" to 60". Each end would be mitered, the edge would be beveled so when you build the frame it would angle out from the surface, creating a 3D border. We would like the mitered edges to match up without gaps. The volume would be 4000pcs in various lengths. Can you produce this type of product for us? What type of tolerances can you hold on the cut lengths and miter angles?
