Inquiry (采购产品): spray booth stainless steel Please quote on one stainless steel spray booth with fiber glass filter with down draft air removal system which is explosion proof. Booth is freely supplied with outside air.Air (aproximately 579 cpm) is drawn out of the booth through a rectangular pipe 35.4" X 5.9",filtered and returned to the atmosphere. The operator manually opens door and manually places the product (a tube with a mandril stuck through it) into a cradle immediately above the rectangular air pipe. He then closes the door and activates the spray system which includes rotation of the product and movement of the spray nozzles. The spray is a polymer in a solvent, tetrahydrofuran. AeroSpec will provide the spray nozzles, the automation equipment and the control system.
