Inquiry (采购产品): RFQ Hello, My name is Chris Hillman. I am with Industry Products Company in Piqua. Ohio. We are looking for a poylester mesh material to be used as a "living hinge" in an automotive application. Ideally we need material in a 48" wide roll or pieces cut to 3" x 48". The annual volume for this project is approximately 14,500 lyds / year @ 48" wide or 174,000 pcs @ 3" x 48" for 4 to 5 years. The material will serve as a hinge and will be bent up to 120 degrees. It would need to be able to cycle at the 120 degree bend for a minimum of 7000 cycles. I can send to you a file to give you a little more information as to the configuration we are looking for if you think you have something close to what I have described above. The most important dimension is the diameter of the mesh itself. We would like it to be in the .4mm - .6mm range. The web (thread spacing) we would like to have in the 2.5mm - 4.5mm range. We are fusing it into another material by way of thermal compression and .6mm is about our limit for smashing the mesh into the substrate.
