Rotary Thin Film Evaporator Quantity : 1 piece Specifications:- Bench top, compact, modular rotary evaporator. The rotary evaporator should have flexible modular componet as:- 1) Heating water bath 2) Vacuum pump 3) Vertical glass condenser with reflux & auto distillation function. 4) Rotation controller 1) Heating water bath: Should be oval in shape for heating efficiency. Capacity approx. 4 liter or more. Temp. range 30 deg.c to 170 deg.c. Heating capacity approx. 1300 W or more. In built temp. sensor and digital display. Control knob for setting temperature. Independent on/off power switch. Coating for corrosion resistance. Protective insulator shield. Conformity to CE. 2) Vacuum Pump: Should be chemciaaly resistant & designed for distillation. Vacuum should be <10 mbar. Suction volume upto 1.6 m3/h. Control knob for setting vacuum. Vacuum meter 3) Vertical glass condensor: Condenser should be made up of borosilicate glass 3.3 should have reflux function and continuous feeding facility, sealing should be made up of PTFE/glass centralized connections for hoses. Should be provided with standard joints. 4) Rotation Controller:- Rotation drive induction motor should have external fan, 180 W, speed regulation 50-140 rmp, knob for rotation control, power on/off switch.
