(FbI) has decided to split out the Kitchen Fire Blanket (KFB) segment of the FbI business and find a buyer for that business. This decision was not based on any negative merits of the product(s) or market(s) but simply because the company has limited and insufficient resources available to implement the business plan that prefaces this offer. (available via e-mail upon request) FbI is seeking a buyer for the entire line of Kitchen Fire Blankets shown in the FbI brochure, the web site www.fireblanket.com and as described in the prefaced business plan. The purchase price for the KFB line of products is $200,000.00 to be paid in one lump sum at the conclusion of negotiations. In return for this $200,000.00, the buyer will receive: 1. In stock: Approximately 12,000 finished blankets Approximately 2,000 Model KFB-1Y Yellow Plastic Canister Approximately 2,000 Model KFB-1R Red Plastic Canister Approximately 1,500 Model KFB-2Y Yellow Ceramic Canister Approximately 2,500 Model KFB-2R Red Ceramic Canister Approximately 1,200 Model KFB-3W White Plastic Wall Fixture Approximately 1,000 Model KFB-3B Black Plastic Wall Fixture Approximately 1,000 Model KFB-3C Chromium Wall Fixture Approximately 3,500 Model KFB-4 Plastic Pouch Wall Mounts Turn key – market ready – shelf ready boxes for all of the above 2. Stainless steel molds for models KFB-1 and KFB-3 (cost approximately $60,000) 3. All artwork, photographs, marketing aids, etc. 4. Other: a. FbI will provide buyer with existing customer list and forward all subsequent customer inquiries to the buyer. b. FbI will become the buyers vendor for the finished blankets when the stock noted above is depleted priced at fair market value. c. FbI will provide the appropriate contacts with the Chinese suppliers for all KFB models. d. FbI will provide assistance as needed and relevant to the product(s) and market(s) 5.
