Looking at your web site I'm sure your company could fill the first need "Design & Construction" to meet most standards with no problem, However' the only concept that would work for this district is a "Lease To Own Program", These small districts do not have the assets or ability to raise the funds necessary to abandon the old system & build a new treatment plant. Please replies to this inquire at your earliest about such a program where the Community Sewage & Water District and A Wastewater Treatment Manufactured Plant joint venture to build a plant.
