I am writing this letter for my friend Jae B Kang who is also from Korea. Jae had run a machine shop successfully in Korea, which made air guns, handcuffs and truncheons for police. Unfortunately, he lost his all of his two sons by traffic accident several years ago. He and his wife couldn’t bear the grief in Korea and decided to immigrate to America even though they could not speak a word of English. Jae can speak English a little bit but his wife cannot speak English at all now. They live in Sandy and have a small machine shop with several machines which he brought from Korea. Through his 30 years experience of machining Jae has excellent skills on machining. With the language barrier and limited association, he can’t earn money for his daily life because he couldn’t get machining work.
