Inquiry (采购产品): Injection Mold - New Product Hello- I am seeking a quotes- I need Respective Prices on- an Injection Mold Product- Set-up fee Materials- Labor- The Product is 10" length 4" width the Depth is varied but average is approx. 3/16 There is an added peice to the product which is comprised of steal- The product will be injection molded with plastic around a steal "Rat Tail" the tail sits 1/2 inch into the board. The board is V'd at bottom(Rat tail as in rat tail combs). The steal piece is approx. 4 1/4 in length. The steal tail is placed 1/2" into the bottom of the board. A comb is also part of the board. It is 5 inches length and 1/2 inch in depth. The injection mold would allow for this. The plastic would need to be such that NO chemicals would disturb or alter it.
