RFQ Inquiry (采购产品): RFQ I am requesting this quote on behalf of Branch Environmental. We need a heat exchanger and cooling air fan (if you can provide) to cool the exhaust air at 500-700 degrees from an aluminum annealing oven down to 150 degrees F using ambient air in Indiana. The flow rate is 110 scfm. For information, during startup, the flow is 200 scfm at 100 degrees F. During the temperature reduction, oil mist will occur, and some may condense on the exchange surfaces. This is for a test unit leading to a plant-wide installation. The heat exchanger shall be a shell and tube type or fin tube type with the dirty exhaust gases in the tube for ease of cleaning. 2. The heat exchanger shall be fabricated of carbon steel and designed for thermal stresses involved with daily heat-up and cool down. Quote stainless steel as an option. 3. The heat exchanger shall be designed to drain any condensed oil from the exchanger to the filter sump for collection in the discharge drum. 4. The heat exchanger shall be cooled by a fan providing ambient air. Please provide price, delivery, materials of construction, design details, and performance, including pressure drops, both sides.
