Inquiry (采购产品): Mist (with sticky solids) elimination Our problem is a scrubber system that doesn't get the solids out of the air stream. The system is supposed to remove small solids (0.5 to 4 micron) which are chemically the same as sand. The scrubber is a venturi which uses water (which we know now we have to filter) as a scrubbing media. After the scrubber is a vacuum (16" hg) tank, followed by a "demister." We want to replace the demister (a dry baffled device) that plugs up and allows water and solids to enter one of several vacuum pumps. The solids either build up in liquid ring units or erode the impellers on the turbine units. All that said, what we think we want is a flushed demister unit that will keep the solids (like clay when they dry)from accumulating on the demister media and also condense some of the water (probably more like fog). Do you have something that may solve our problem? If not, who would you recommend. **** Hidden Message ***** Bob Johnson Midland, MI 48640 USA Company: Midland Engineering Title: Sr Process Consultant Phone: 989-832-3858 E-mail: rjohnson@mindnet.org **** Hidden Message ***** rjohnson@mindnet.org
