Building Code In order to pass bldg. codes here in Leelanau County, Michigan I need to find someone to install a piece of window film (which I already have) to a small window measuring approx. 20" W x 48" T. This window is next to an exterior door and building codes say I must have this film installed by a certified installer before I can obtain a final inspection okay.
