Inquiry (采购产品): Estimate I am inquiring as to an estimate of using modular buildings so I can compare it to conventional construction at a remote Alaskan site. The design requiremnts are as follows: Final Construction date June 30, 2008 Location: Platinum, AK Site plan, grading plan and foundations plan by owner Site work and foundation by owner Site large enough for single level buildings Building Purpose - Housing, Dining and Recrereation area for 150 staff to be use between May-October annually 1. HOUSING REQUIREMENTS: 150 person camp sleep/washroom facitlites(Male/Female ratio changes from year to year)Prefer three person rooms-one bunk one single, three closets per room. Unit(s) to be connnected to; 2. DINING AND RECREATION BUILDING: Kitchen-Full prep inclduing baking with storage for one day,s meals; Dining area to seat 65 max capacity and to also be used as part of a relaxation area when not in meal use. The rec area should have two 25 person tv rooms laundry area and room for small store. Kitchen unit at one end with rec area at the other with dining area in the center. This area also to have 1 male and 1 female restroom Sleeper/Washroom Units to be installed end to end.
