Inquiry (采购产品): Relief Valve / Quick Connect Fitting I have a scenario in which we are using quick release hose fittings during the manufacturing process to perform unit evacuation and recharging of air conditioners. After the hose is disconnected from the air conditioning unit, a small refrigerant charged is left in the hose assembly and remains pressurized. This causes difficulty in reattaching the hose assembly when preparing for the next machine in the production process. I'm searching for a small relief valve that I can add to the hose assembly that can be manually actuated by an operator to relieve the pressure remaining in the hose (and be scavenged). The relief valve seat would need to be compatible with R-410a, and R-22 refrigerant and must not become unseated during the vacuum evacuation process. Do you think that you may have something to fit this situation? My second scenario involves a tube header brazing process in which it would be helpful to have a quick disconnect fitting to attach to belled copper tubing. We would like to maintain a nitrogen blanket to the header assembly while brazing to coil assembly. Do you have tube disconnect fittings that can meet this need? **** Hidden Message ***** CLIFF WALDRON 200 Aberdeen Loop Lynn Haven, FL 32405 USA Company: Trane Company Title: Engineer Phone: 850-873-8365 Fax: 850-873-8240 E-mail: cliff.waldron@trane.com **** Hidden Message ***** cliff.waldron@trane.com
