Inquiry (采购产品): Distillation I am an engineer for Van Drunen Farms and FutureCeuticals. We have developed a new process for extracting antioxidants out of waste fruit products. The antioxidants are extracted through the use of an alcohol ellution. We are looking for a distilling unit we can use to recover the ethanol. The antioxidants we are recovering are heat sensitive. The product flowing through the evaporator should have as short a residence time as possible to minimize damage to the antioxidants. We have not defined the flowrate that will be required but our pilot plant needs to be able to process in the range of 1000 gallons per day of a solution containing 80% alcohol. The producting leaving the distilling unit can have no more than 5% unrecovered alcohol to allow for freeze drying.
